Assignment Overview
We are looking for a Sales & Service Experience Lead to join a dynamic team driving transformation within the car service and repair domain. This 12-month assignment, covering a maternity leave, offers the opportunity to contribute to the evolution of customer journeys and electric mobility solutions.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in sustainability, a passion for innovation, and a drive to lead impactful change in the automotive aftermarket sector.
Key Responsibilities
Lead business development initiatives to enhance the sales and service experience.
Define and drive business requirements across internal digital and operational functions.
Manage documentation including process descriptions, knowledge articles, and Q&A materials.
Oversee projects aimed at optimizing customer satisfaction and operational performance.
Align and coordinate activities with cross-functional teams across global markets.
Prioritize development needs and serve as a central point of contact for the sales process and channel development.
Candidate Profile
You are flexible, proactive, and solution-oriented with a proven ability to manage change and navigate complex environments. With strong interpersonal skills and a structured approach, you excel at simplifying complexity, collaborating across teams, and driving continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
Proven experience as a Project Lead or in a similar role.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
Proficient in both Swedish and English.
Start Date: August 2025
