David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a Swedish speaking Sales Representative to join their offices in Valencia.

Position: Sales Representative

Location: Valencia, Spain

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Engage with private and business customers by phone and email

Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products and services

Confidently guide customers toward the best solutions and close deals with enthusiasm

Follow up on warm leads-no cold calling required

Quickly assess client needs and offer tailored recommendations

Accurately log customer interactions and share feedback to support continuous improvement

Build long-term relationships by turning prospects into loyal customers.

REQUIREMENTS:

Native/fluent in Swedish, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)

Strong communication skills and a naturally engaging personality

Commercial mindset with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets

Previous sales experience is an advantage, but not essential-we provide full training

Ability to adapt quickly to new systems, tools, and processes

Passion for sales and an interest in the printing or design industry is a bonus

Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive, solutions-focused attitude.
