We're now looking for aSales Representative with a focus on inbound TeleSalesto join our showroom team in Sollentuna. In this role, you'll play an essential part in the customer journey - from first contact to completed purchase.
What you'll be doing
As part of our TeleSales and showroom team, your mission is to guide customers through their home improvement projects. You help them find products that feel right, fit their needs, and last over time. As our first kitchen designer, you will design kitchens for our customers and build this new business area from the ground up.
You will:
- Provide advice and sales support both over the phone and in the showroom. Phone is your primary tool and you will switch to showroom every second weekend and when there is an extra need and support in the showroom.
- Create inspiring and trust-building customer experiences
- Work closely with colleagues, suppliers, and our support organization
- Help develop our showrooms into inspiring hubs for customer engagement
- Use your kitchen design interest to support customers in the planning phase
The role includes a fixed salary plus a variable component based on customer satisfaction
and performance.

- Has interest in kitchen design and a strong technical mindset
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with many customer interactions
- Is curious, solution-oriented, and takes ownership of your development
- Has retail experience (a plus)
