We’re currently an international team with employees in Finland, Denmark, Netherlands, Spain, France and Sweden, and we are looking to expand globally.
What do we do?
Our product CyberCoach (https://www.cybercoach.com) is a B2B cybersecurity awareness training solution with a social impact. CyberCoach trains and coaches employees with cybersecurity, not just at work, but outside work in their personal lives as well. CyberCoach is hugely effective - 82% of employees say they learn something actually useful - and affordable for companies of all sizes. You’ll be selling a product that measurably benefits businesses, their employees and society.
What does success look like in this role?
Lead generation for our Account Managers, this includes prospecting and meeting booking
New customer acquisition and account management with smaller customers handled by you from start to finish
Participating to some of the meetings held by our Account Managers to develop yourself in the path from a junior role into Account Manager
What do we expect from you?
Mandatory: Minimum 6 months sales lead generation/meeting booking experience with multichannel approach (phone, email, linkedin, other tools) - can be B2C or B2B
Other new business acquisition experience is a plus e.g. holding your own sales meetings
Experience in the cyber security industry or SaaS companies is a plus
Efficient self-starter who can handle many things at the same time
Fluent English + local language a must: Finnish, Swedish or Danish
Additional languages a plus
Thrives in a flexible, evolving remote work environment where everyone has a lot of freedom, but also ownership and responsibilities
Activity e.g. on LinkedIn a plus
What can you expect from us?
4-day work week!
Base salary 2.000-3.000 € depending on location, experience + commission and bonus model and incentives
Work from wherever you want, even abroad. Co-working space access in many cities through Spacent (as well as own office space in Helsinki, Finland)
