VNT-001 AB is a Sweden-based operating company that builds and owns multiple brands across biotech/public-health products (institutional/B2B) and consumer health (supplements). The company runs a shared internal team and shared infrastructure across brands including manufacturing, packaging, regulatory coordination, logistics, and go-to-market execution. One biotech/public-health platform has fulfilled a ~$6M U.S. state-level contract for large-scale distribution of a public-health testing product. All work is internal and there is no client or agency work.

Short role summary

You will build pipeline for biotech and public-health products sold to institutional buyers. This is disciplined outbound and qualification work aligned with procurement processes, documentation requirements, and operational realities.

Key responsibilities

Build and maintain structured lead lists including agencies, programs, partners, distributors, and institutions

Execute outbound sequences through email, phone, and LinkedIn with disciplined follow-up

Qualify inbound and outbound interest including needs, timelines, procurement constraints, and decision paths

Schedule and support meetings including preparation notes, capturing outcomes, and driving next steps

Maintain CRM accuracy including stages, notes, contacts, and pipeline hygiene

Capture market signal including common objections, required documentation, and recurring buyer needs

Required skills / experience

1-3+ years in SDR, B2B outbound, or sales operations with institutional or public-sector exposure as a plus

Strong written communication with clear outreach that gets responses

Comfort with structured repetition and consistent follow-ups

CRM discipline and basic reporting competence

Ability to learn a regulated product category and communicate accurately about constraints

Resilience where high-volume outreach and iteration do not derail execution
