Assignment Overview

We are looking for an experienced Requirements Analyst

What You Will Work On

Analyze and document business and functional requirements

Collaborate with product experts to clarify needs and define scope

Engage in dialogue with suppliers and external stakeholders

Work closely with teams across business and IT

Perform and support testing related to defined requirements

Contribute to data analysis and data migration activities

Work within a SAFe-organized Agile team

What You Bring

Proven experience covering all aspects of requirements analysis:

Analysis

Stakeholder interaction

Requirements specification

Supplier dialogue

Cross-team collaboration (within and outside IT)

Experience with testing activities

Experience working in Agile teams (SAFe is a strong advantage)

Experience with data analysis, migration, and cross-functional collaboration

Experience with Lumera

Experience within life insurance domain
