Title: Repair Tendering Specialist
Location: Kista / Malmö / Gothenburg

We are currently looking for a Repair Tendering Specialist to cover a parental leave period of approximately one year, starting at the beginning of June 2026, with the possibility of extension to a permanent position thereafter.

The role is part of our Swedish Repairs & Upgrades team and involves close collaboration with Technical Support, the Service organization, and the Sales team.

In this position, you will be responsible for analyzing repair needs together with supervisors and preparing clear, accurate, and complete quotations. You will act as a central point of contact between technicians, supervisors, and the sales team, ensuring high-quality input and delivering reliable solutions to our customers.

Main Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations based on technical information and identified repair need
• Coordinate and act as a link between internal stakeholders
• Ensure quality throughout the quotation process and follow up on cases when needed
• Works efficiently in our systems and contribute to improvements in ways of working
• Support daily operations with timely and accurate information

Qualifications

• Strong system skills and ability to translate customer needs into concrete solutions
• Experience in coordinating roles with multiple internal contacts
• Ability to manage several tasks in parallel without compromising quality
• Experience in technical sales or technical customer service is an advantage
• Fluent in Swedish with good English skills; knowledge of other Nordic languages is a plus
