Eftersom du kommer arbeta i ett mindre team är det lika viktigt med god samarbetsförmåga så som att kunna prioritera arbetsuppgifter och ta eget ansvar.

Om rollen:
I rollen som Remarketing Operations Administrator tillhör du ett sammansvetsat och prestigelöst team på vår avdelning. Du kommer ha nära kontakt med kunder, leverantörer och andra berörda parter inom hela organisationen.
Dina arbetsuppgifter kommer bland annat vara:
- Administrera våra interna och externa Flex- och hyrbilar
- Bokning av transporter
- Hantering av kontrakt på våra kort- och långtids hyrbilar
- Allmän administration relaterad till Remarketing-aktiviteter
Vem är du?
Vi söker dig med ett stort intresse för bilar som vill arbeta tillsammans med ett fantastiskt team i ett snabbt växande företag. För att trivas i denna roll söker vi dig som är driven, engagerad och som kan hålla en god servicenivå i högt tempo. Eftersom du kommer arbeta i ett mindre team är det lika viktigt med god samarbetsförmåga så som att kunna prioritera arbetsuppgifter och ta eget ansvar.
Kompetenskrav:
- Tidigare erfarenhet av administrativt arbete
- Goda kunskaper i Microsoft Office-programmen
- Förståelse för fordonsbranschen
- Grundläggande kunskap om bilmodeller och teknisk utrustning
- Uttrycker dig mycket väl i svenska och engelska i både tal och skrift
Meriterande:
- Erfarenhet inom bilfinansiering och leasingbranschen.
- Hyrbilskunskap
