We are currently seeking a dynamic Relationship Manager for our Stockholm office to partner with high-growth companies in their scaling journey.

Our Client Portfolio

Our diverse client base spans multiple industries, unified by their strategic deployment of technology as a core differentiator. The majority operate sophisticated SaaS-based business models. We maintain determined growth targets for expanding our client portfolio and enhancing partnerships with both venture-backed companies and venture capital funds. GreenTech represents a particular area of strategic focus, encompassing verticals including Food & Agriculture, Energy & Utilities, Materials & Resources, Building & Infrastructure, and Transport & Mobility.

Our work encompasses complex client engagements, strategic ecosystem relationship building, and the development of innovative products and services that enhance our value proposition. We believe the growth segment will introduce transformative technologies essential for successful green transition initiatives and job creation throughout Nordic markets.

Position Overview

This distinctive role offers valuable opportunities for an experienced professional to create meaningful impact. Based in Stockholm, the position includes periodic client engagement across the broader Nordic region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Acquisition & Onboarding: Identify and efficiently onboard promising venture-backed companies
  • Market Focus: Primary responsibility for the Swedish market with opportunity for Nordic-wide involvement
  • Ecosystem Development: Cultivate strategic relationships with founders, investors (including Business Angels, VC & PE funds, governmental investment vehicles), and key stakeholders within the Swedish startup ecosystem
  • Strategic Input: Contribute to continuous enhancement of our growth segment value proposition and provide expert guidance to colleagues on complex client cases
  • Credit Management: Lead credit assessment processes, analyzing and evaluating risk profiles for funding applications
  • Portfolio Management: Serve and manage a sophisticated client portfolio in collaboration with specialized Danske Bank divisions (Cash Management, FX, Credit, Private Banking, Corporate Finance)
Candidate Profile

We seek candidates who demonstrate proven experience, vision, and genuine commitment to the startup ecosystem. Essential qualifications include:
  • Background in financial institutions, investment funds, or Corporate Finance
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex corporate client portfolios
  • Strong commitment to continuous professional development
  • Motivation to build and maintain extensive ecosystem networks
  • Self-motivated drive to grow and manage an independent client portfolio
  • Fluent English proficiency required
