Euromaster is looking for an experienced, self-driven Regional Supply Chain Manager to lead and develop the supply chain operations across Finland and Sweden. This is a key leadership role that blends strategic influence with hands-on operational responsibility - from procurement and demand planning to logistics, inventory management, and delivery performance.As Regional Supply Chain Manager, you will coach and support local teams, drive process improvements, and play a central role in shaping our regional supply chain strategy. The role requires frequent travel between sites in Finland and Sweden, so a strong willingness to travel is essential. You will work close to the business and customers, regularly visiting points of sale and operational sites.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead and develop supply chain operations in Finland and Sweden, ensuring efficiency and operational excellence.
- Coach and support local teams, driving a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Lead the S&OP process to secure reliable forecasts, balanced inventories, and high service levels.
- Optimize inventory and logistics flows and align strategies with group objectives.
- Monitor key KPIs such as forecast accuracy, inventory turnover, product availability, and delivery performance.
- Collaborate with procurement, sales, operations, finance, logistics, and the European Supply Chain organization.
- Drive process and system improvements to strengthen performance and scalability.

Key Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in supply chain roles and 3-5 years in leadership positions.
- Fluent in Swedish, Finnish, and English; French is a plus.
- Experience in an international/matrix environment; tire or seasonal business is an advantage.
- Solid expertise in S&OP, forecasting, logistics, and inventory management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant university degree and strong Excel/analytical skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly across both countries.
- You live in Finland (Capital area or Pori) or in Sweden on the west coast (Gothenburg, Varberg, Borås)
