Ferrero Scandinavia is now looking for a new Regional Field Sales Manager in Sweden.
In this role you will work in the Swedish Sales Team, reporting to the Country Sales Manager of Sweden. You will be the important link between the Sales Representatives and the Sales Office, as well as the support functions sitting in the Nordic HQ in Malmö, Sweden.
You will, together with our two other Regional Field Sales Managers, lead theimplementation of trade campaignsandcustomer plans, ensuring alignment with strategic goals for the Swedish Field Sales Team. You will be responsible fordeveloping and optimizing sales tools, managing overheads includingstaff and external merchandising, andoverseeing reporting processes. A key part of your role will be tolead and develop a team of field sales representatives, driving performance throughcoaching, planning, and execution. You will alsospend significant time in the field(approximately 45 overnight trips per year) co-driving with our Sales Representatives to stay close to the market and support team growth.
Your Profile:
To be successful, you believe you have ahigh school degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience in sales or field operations.Fluency in Swedishis essential, along with the ability to communicate effectively in English. You should be comfortable usingMicrosoft OfficeandCRM systems; experience withArgusis considered a merit. We are looking for someone with aproven ability to lead and develop individuals and teams, who is a natural relationship builder and hassolid experience in Swedish trade and FMCG.Strong analytical skillsandproficiency in category management, planning, and executionare also key to this role.
This position covers thesouthern region of Sweden, including theWest Coast, Skåne, andparts of Småland. To ensure proximity to the team and customers, and to support efficient field operations,being based in Skåne, where Ferrero Scandinavia's head office in Hyllie is located, is considered astrong advantage.
