The opportunity

We are looking for an R&D Senior Engineer to join the Technology team of Capacitors and Surge Arresters. In this role you aim to develop cost competitive products with best-in-class technology and quality for Capacitors.

How you'll make an impact

Senior engineer role in the design and development of high voltage capacitors

Maintain global master data.

Qualify new Supplier, Materials, technologies and production processes

Lead and/or contribute to R&D projects with planning, execution, analyses and documentation

Lead and/or Participate in the transfer of new Products and new manufacturing processes to the factories

Write tutorial, guidelines, test procedures and reports

Deliver high-quality results on time

Work with a global R&D team ensuring knowledge sharing, timely and high-quality deliverables

Quality issue resolutions

Create ideas and proposals for new R&D projects

Your background

University degree in material science, chemistry, physics or electrical engineering

Experience in the development of High voltage Capacitors is a merit

Openness for new challenges and interest to learn and develop

Team spirit with the capacity to work independently complemented by well-developed analytical skills

Fluency in English, both written and spoken

Swedish and other languages is meritorious
