Assignment Description:

We are looking for an R&D Process Improvement Manager

What you will work on:

Maintain and improve core R&D and product development processes

Lead process improvement initiatives as project manager

Support engineering teams with process and tool-related improvements

Drive change management across R&D organizations

Contribute to R&D digitalization initiatives, including PLM tools and AI use cases

Improve engineering, quality, assurance and workflow efficiency

Facilitate large meetings and improvement workshops

Align processes across departments and stakeholders

What you bring:

Strong experience in process improvement and operational excellence

Proven change management and stakeholder management skills

Project management experience, preferably in engineering environments

Degree in Engineering (BSc/MSc) or equivalent practical experience

Good communication and leadership skills

Experience with IT tools and digitalization is a strong plus

Experience facilitating workshops and cross-functional sessions is a plus

Knowledge of Agile, Lean, and/or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus

Fluent in English; Swedish is preferred
