We are a Unit within R&D with around ~650 employees with a purpose to Ensure Safe, Controlled

& Efficient Mobility. Guided by our new vision Zero Collisions we shall secure leadership within Active Safety, where unsupervised driving is our final step. In addition we should deliver a world class Vehicle Motion experience and best in class Protective Safety, enabled by a future usage of our new improved

platform capabilities. With a service-oriented architecture at the center, we strive to enable a stable foundation / ecosystem for innovative feature growth and we target to become flow optimized from a developer

perspective - where data and an efficient CI are prioritized.

What you'll do

We are seeking a Unit Program Manager - Current Model Quality to lead and streamline collaboration between SVA, central quality organization, aftermarket and Zenseact while focusing on maintenance and service. In this role, you will ensure efficient communication, manage priorities, and balance fieldreported quality issues with new development across programs. This role will involve driving communication, managing quality expectations, resolving issues, and optimizing processes across the entire value chain, ensuring that the software delivered meets both the technical and regulatory requirements for maintenance and service. You will have an important role in our ability to deliver a world-class Active Safety and AD experience, Vehicle Motion experience and best in class Protective Safety

Coordinating cross-functional teams, including central quality and SVA, to ensure seamless collaboration on quality and software maintenance initiatives.

• Driving the prioritization of quality issues from the field, aligning them with program managers and product managers to ensure they are addressed without impacting new development timelines.

• Balancing the demands of ongoing development programs with the need to address software maintenance and service concerns, ensuring optimal resource allocation.

• Ensuring that quality metrics and KPIs are met, driving continuous improvement in software performance and customer satisfaction. • Facilitating issue resolution, risk management, and alignment of goals between all stakeholders.

• Act as the main point of contact between central quality, SVA, SWENG and Zenseact (additionally other suppliers) for all software maintenance-related quality activities.

• All deliveries/releases to the specific VUSW with regards to time and content • Create and maintain a Delivery/Release Plan for the specific VUSW

• Status reporting (internal and external Engineering) for maintenance phase You plan and synchronize deliveries cross-functionally and solve, escalate and track impediments. You work with unit management, Architects, RTEs/SMs/PMs and other stakeholders to help ensure strategy and execution alignment within your cluster
