About the role:

We are seeking a skilled Software Developer with competence in Quadient Inspire who is collaborative, solution-oriented, and eager to work in a team environment. You will play a key role in enhancing our output solutions and supporting the ongoing migration from ISIS Papyrus to our new Inspire platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, configure, and maintain document templates and flows in Quadient Inspire Flex, ensuring high-quality output across both print and digital channels.

•Support the migration from ISIS Papyrus to Inspire, including rebuilding templates, testing, and validating output.

• Optimize template performance, document generation, and runtime behavior.

• Collaborate with product specialists, projectors, and IT developers to secure smooth transition and robust solution delivery.

• Contribute to continuous improvement of our output management processes and architecture.

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:

• Demonstrated hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire Flex, including knowledge of Designer, Content manager, Automation and Interactive.
• Proficiency in advanced template logic, dynamic content configuration, and conditional structures.
• Experience developing and maintaining master templates and reusable content components.
• Competence in data model design and binding structured data to templates.
• Strong understanding of key document output formats such as PDF and AFP.
• Proven experience in template development, debugging, and performance optimization within Customer Communication Management (CCM) environments.
• Familiarity with enterprise integration technologies, including REST, SOAP, and CMIS.
• Experience working within an Agile development framework.


Nice to have:

• Scripting experience (e.g., JavaScript, PQL).
• Experience with XML/XSD for data structures and validations.
• Previous experience with ISIS Papyrus.
