Job Summary:
We are looking to strengthen our operational team in Stockholm with a star property manager. Are you interested? If you have experience in property management and know what it takes to handle shopping centers or commercial assets, look no further.
Citycon has some of the most popular centers in Stockholm, like Liljeholmstorget Galleria that was awarded 2024 'Best city district centre' in Evimetrix's customer satisfaction survey and Kista Galleria that is one of Sweden's largest and most visited shopping center.
As Property Manager you will have overall responsibility for the daily operational management of the service providers, eg. parking, security; quality control, development of the services etc. With your knowledge of the center you will identify, propose and implement activities to improve the atmosphere, safety and customer service.
This role gives you a lot of autonomy and freedom to shape the work and you will be able to make a real difference.
Key Responsibilities:
- The safety of the shopping center, ensuring all health, safety and environmental statutory obligations and industry best practice procedures and systems are adhered to.
- The maintenance of the galleria's emergency planning, training and updating as necessary to ensure optimum effectiveness
- The daily technical operations of the galleria, monitoring the daily technical operations of property.
- Participate in tenant relations management and customer service regarding technical issues and handover processes
- Identify initiatives to improve energy efficiency and sustainability and ensure utility consumption is optimal.
- Budget, propose, and execute the energy audit and initiate energy investment.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Several years of proven experience in property management, preferably with a strong background in shopping centers or large commercial assets.
- Solid technical knowledge of building systems and operations.
- Strong negotiation skills, specifically with suppliers and service providers.
- Experience in identifying, selecting, and managing suppliers.
- Proven track record in leading and developing a professional on-site team Highly motivated, proactive, and results oriented.
- Thinking like an entrepreneur with a proactive and action-oriented approach and like taking initiative to find creative solutions and solve problems.
- Recognized qualification, preferably related to facility management or technical services
- Fluent in English
