Assignment Description

We are looking for a driven and experienced Logistics Project Planner

What You Will Work On

Develop and manage project plans and schedules for logistics-driven projects.

Perform material flow analyses and monitor logistics interfaces.

Track project progress and ensure up-to-date reporting of milestones and deliverables.

Use SAP, Primavera P6, and Qlik for planning, scheduling, and data analysis.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project execution aligns with plans.

Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.

Ensure compliance with project standards, procedures, and regulations.

Manage deviations and support corrective actions.

Support resource planning, focusing on execution phases and ongoing staffing needs.

What You Bring

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Planning, Project Management, Logistics, or a related field.

Solid experience in project planning and scheduling, preferably within logistics or supply chain environments.

Strong analytical and structured working style with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Ability to prioritize effectively and create conditions for successful project delivery.

Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with stakeholders at different levels.

Very good English skills, both written and spoken.
