As a Program Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer you will Support organization in programs and running businesses.

Skills and Experience

Structured, target driven, analytical and flexible.

Understand different organizations, procedures, cultures, and industry standards to manage input from local and global parties.

Must be able to collaborate in a crossfunctional team

Engineering degree or equivalent experience

Your role at Aurobay Horse Powertrain Limited

Support organization in sourcing with Quality data collection

Assess potential of supplier including onsite and online audit.

Review/approve supplier selection with Procurement.

Quality assurance of new programs

Drive quality assurance process with suppliers through APQP

Schedule Phased PPAP package.

Drive resolution on open supplier issues and completion of flawless launch initiatives

Support the supplier to communicate PSW (Part Submission Warrant) approval / rejection reason to program.

Provide Site Lessons Learned to Program/Suppliers

Communicate concerns to Program manager.

Conduct recurring APQP and PPAP reviews with suppliers as required.
