How you will make an impact

As the Finance Business Partner for the production site in Kallhäll, you will be a financial sparring partner and key member of the Management Team.

In this pivotal role, you will drive both operational and strategic initiatives, leveraging your insights to ana-lyse, communicate, and navigate site performance in line with our ambitious goals. By closely monitoring results, you will maintain a comprehensive overview of financial performance, challenge the status quo, and help set and achieve targets that strengthen efficiency and the bottom line. As the trusted owner of the numbers and key point of contact, you will act as an advisor on all financial and strategic matters, en-suring transparency, consistency, and the sharing of vital knowledge and best practices across the sites. As Site Finance Business Partner your major responsibilities will be

• Performance Communication & Operational Efficiency Clearly communicate financial performance across the organization, ensuring transparency and a shared understanding of site results, while proactively driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement in performance.
• Trusted Advisor Act as a strategic sparring partner and advisor, providing robust financial analysis, business cases, and fact-based recommendations to inform decision-making.
• Ownership of Numbers Serve as the ultimate owner of site financials, ensuring up-to-date fore-casts, transparency, and consistency in numbers to drive effective, forward-looking performance dialogues with a strong focus on net efficiency.
• Key Point of Contact Be the ONE point of contact bridging support functions and critical business functions, acting as a trusted financial advisor and helping to set the direction for the sites.

You will join a strong and devoted finance team and work in close cooperation with your colleagues at the other production sites across our network. You will be involved in projects, analyses, performance man-agement, best practice and other relevant tasks.

What will make you successful

To be successful in this role, we believe you have a degree in economics and previous experience as a Fi-nance Business Partner or Controller. Experience within production or logistics finance is a plus. You are expected to work confidently within the Microsoft Office package, and it would be advantageous if you are familiar with SAP and Business Warehouse Solutions, though this is not a requirement. Furthermore, you are fluent in English.
