Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Production Quality Engineer

What you will work on:

Ensure product quality and define quality assurance methods in production

Monitor quality performance and initiate corrective and preventive actions

Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement activities

Drive cross-functional problem solving with production and engineering teams

Support development of production quality processes and standards

Contribute to strengthening overall quality competence within the organization

Collaborate closely with production staff and quality stakeholders

What you bring:

Engineering background or equivalent experience within quality or manufacturing

Experience working in production or manufacturing environments

Strong skills in root cause analysis and corrective action methodologies

Knowledge of quality management systems and production quality processes

Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate quality risks clearly

Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working approach

Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken

Eligibility for security clearance and compliance with regulated industry requirements
