About the Role

As a Production Manager for Digital Development at Cherry Online, you will play a key role in driving development work forward with a focus on structure, quality, and an agile mindset. You will work closely with our development team in Kalmar, taking responsibility for planning, coordinating, and following up on sprints, production, and projects together with product owners, developers, and external partners.

The role is about creating clarity and momentum in the workflow from backlog to release and ensuring that every delivery maintains high quality and meets both internal goals and regulatory requirements. You will build processes that combine Scrum discipline with Kanban flexibility and make sure that insights from each sprint lead to concrete improvements in the next.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and follow up on sprints in close collaboration with product owners and the development team.
• Keep the backlog, sprint board, and ticket system up to date and transparent for everyone involved.
• Ensure a smooth sprint cycle by leading standups, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.
• Ensure that deliveries meet business needs, design guidelines, and regulatory requirements before release.
• Review, test, and approve releases from both QA and compliance perspectives.
• Analyze sprint data, identify bottlenecks, and initiate improvements in workflows and routines.
• Drive a culture of continuous learning and process improvement where feedback turns into results.
• Act as the connection between business, product, technology, and quality, creating a shared understanding of priorities and goals.

Requirements

• Experience in QA, project management, or product coordination in agile environments such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
• Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar ticket systems.
• A structured yet pragmatic approach with the ability to balance planning and delivery.
• Enjoys creating order, driving processes, and ensuring that the team reaches its goals sprint after sprint.
• Experience in gaming, fintech, or other regulated digital industries.
• Analytical, self driven, and skilled at turning insights into improvements.
• Clear communicator in both Swedish and English, with an ability to adapt tone based on audience and context.
