Om jobbet

Fenix Outdoor is looking for a structured and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our Fjällräven Production team for a 1-year contract starting as soon as possible. This is an opportunity where you'll be part of the entire trek, from order placement until our products reach the warehouse.

About The Role

As a Production Coordinator, you will play a vital role in coordinating the production of our products, ensuring timely delivery, high quality, and excellent condition. You will manage the production flow from order placement to follow-up on product claims, working closely with suppliers, logistics, the warehouses, and internal teams to ensure smooth deliveries. This role involves travelling, and we're seeking someone who is flexible and keen on visiting suppliers and performing quality assessments on-site.

What You Will Do

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Oversee production coordination for our brands Fjällräven and Tierra, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and functionality of products.
  • Manage the production process from order placement to delivery, including handling quality-related issues and follow-ups.
  • Serve as the main contact between suppliers, logistics, warehouse teams, and other departments.
  • Collaborate with the internal QA team to maintain product quality and handle product claims.
  • Coordinate with vendors on production priorities, monitor progress, and manage pre-production samples.
  • Perform seasonal risk assessments and evaluate suppliers, as well as manage spare part orders for customer service.

Who You Are

We are looking for someone who has:
  • A Bachelor's degree in textiles or a related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in textile production.
  • Experience in production management, quality control, and textile supply chains.
  • Great skills in MS Excel, along with a solid understanding of common computer software.
  • Knowledge of PLM, Centric, AX, and D365 is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a bonus.
  • A passion for sustainability and high-quality products.

Personal Attributes

We think you'll thrive in this role if you:
  • Are highly organized and have an eye for detail.
  • Approach tasks with responsibility and care.
  • Take initiative and work independently but know when to collaborate.

This position is based at our office in Solna.
