About the Position
The production team of ILP makes sure that all projects run smoothly and supports the VFX Supervisors, artists and clients in every possible way. We are now looking for talented crew to join our Production Team! Do you have what it takes to become a Pirate and contribute to the success of ILP? The Production Team is responsible for the schedule and budget of the show and work in close collaboration with the VFX Supervisors and artists to deliver exceptional VFX whilst providing outstanding Client services. You are the key link between the work on the production floor and the overall view of the project, and where it all fits together in the bigger scheme. Working closely with Pirates in all capacities, you not only get a unique insight in all parts of the work, but you also get to learn and get to know all of the parts (and pirates) that make the whole.

You need:
- A positive, can-do and solution-oriented attitude in all situations
- Solid understanding of the VFX process
- An organised and proactive nature and the ability to perform all duties in an independent manner with minimal direction and supervision
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking and problem-solving skills and a willingness and ability to learn new skills and technologies
- Being calm and confident under pressure and capable of delivering in a fast-paced environment
- Great time-management skills with the ability to prioritise workload combined with a sense of urgency
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal), as well as active listening skills
Experience in the following areas:
- A minimum of 2-3 years experience in the VFX industry
- Proven experience with VFX workflows, pipelines and turnarounds
- Proficient in production database tools e.g. Shotgun
- Must be fluent in English, spoken and written.
Location:
- Being located within close proximity to London, Hamburg or Stockholm, or comfortable with moving to one of these locations
