As Production Controller at our Stockholm headquarters, you will play a central role in bringing clarity and performance to pricing, volume, margin and stock. Through structured ownership of data and rigorous financial follow-up, you will support the precision and pace of our product and production processes.

Working across the full product lifecycle, you will transform data into actionable insight, driving transparency, enabling informed decisions and ultimately strengthening profitability across the business.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As Production Controller, your main contribution will be to provide with tangible insights and transparency across the product lifecycle, enabling informed decisions and improved profitability. You will report to the Head of Business Process and Analysis and play a vital role in driving data-led planning and cross-functional alignment by:
  • Delivering actionable financial insights across sales, margins, product development and production costs
  • Owning and continuously improving product data quality, ensuring reliable and structured data across systems
  • Translating forecasts into volume plans to support sourcing and production decisions
  • Driving production reviews and enabling timely and accurate order placement
  • Develop and implement strategies at product, category and collection level
  • Providing focused ad-hoc analysis to support key business initiatives
  • Partnering with Commercial and Supply Chain teams to optimize stock levels and replenishment

  • Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Structured and detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
  • A curious mindset with a genuine interest in retail fashion business operations, particularly within product and production

Specific experience and knowledge for this role:
  • Academic degree in Business, Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a controlling or similar analytical, process-driven role
  • Experience within retail and/or the fashion industry is considered a merit
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Advanced user of MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Centric PLM and Microsoft Copilot or similar AI tools is a plus
  • Fluent in English
