Your Role

Are you a technically curious and solution-oriented professional who enjoys working close to both products and customers? We are now looking for a Product Technology Assistant to join a dynamic and international environment where you will play a key role in ensuring high-quality product delivery, technical support, and solution development.

Key Responsibilities

Lead delivery-related technical work, including network planning, design, deployment, and system integration

Ensure successful customization, site solution design, verification, and acceptance

Identify and resolve technical risks and issues, ensuring high delivery quality and secure network operations

Support network and service quality maintenance, customer support, and troubleshooting

Contribute to pre-sales activities by assisting in solution design and technical documentation

Participate in service solution development, supporting product improvement, implementation, and operational excellence

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field

Solid understanding of product-related technologies and adjacent domains

General knowledge of service delivery, maintenance, and development processes

Familiarity with cyber security products, delivery solutions, and typical delivery scenarios

Strong skills in IT systems and tools

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues

Swedish is required

Fluency in Chinese is considered a merit
