About the role

As our Product Strategy Specialist, you'll ensure our products hit the mark - delivering value to customers while aligning with company objectives. You'll work cross-functionally with CX, developers, designers, product managers, sales, and marketing to drive product success across markets and regions.

Your key responsibilities

Translate business needs into actionable product requirements and clear user stories.

Ensure every product initiative supports strategic goals and delivers measurable value.

Gather insights from users, markets, and competitors to inform development decisions.

Evaluate the ROI and strategic impact of new product features or initiatives.

Track post-launch success, monitor KPIs, and identify opportunities for improvement.

What we're looking for

A university degree within a relevant area such as business, marketing or aviation

Previous experience from a similar role

Previous experience from SaaS and/or aviation industry

Strong grasp of BI systems and development processes

A business-first mindset and the ability to connect product potential with profit

Sharp analytical skills, strategic thinking, and a collaborative spirit
