We are looking for a new colleague to join an interesting project with our client in Lund. More specifically, we are looking for a technical Product Owner with experience both as a developer and a PO. The team is small and relatively junior, consisting of one person in Sweden and two-soon to be three-in India. All team members are full-time employees and have been working together for over two years. The solutions they develop and maintain are generally legacy systems within the order and data enrichment domain. The main challenge lies in communicating with multiple stakeholders within Alfa Laval, ensuring that different solutions are prioritized correctly and coordinated with other teams. Many surrounding systems depend on this team's solutions and the requested changes.
Location: Lund, 2 days at office pr. week.
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
Extensive experience as a Technical Project Owner
Experience as a Developer
Experience with the Microsoft ecosystem - both on-premises and Azure Cloud
Not afraid to dive into technical details and learn
Strong communication skills
Strong technical understanding
Well organised and capable of meeting agreed deadlines
Strategic thinking with operational focus
Organizational thinking, planning & adherence to timelines
Person with good communication skills
Take own initiatives and ensure for results
A EU work permit making you able to start working in Sweden right away
Professional level of English - both oral and written
Fluent in Swedish both written and spoken
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
Develop and maintain legacy systems within the order and data enrichment domain
Communicate with multiple stakeholders within our client
Ensure that different solutions are prioritized correctly and coordinated with other teams
Structure and organize all solutions within the team
Documentation, processes, and system setup
