We are looking for a quality engineer to ensure excellent quality of our current and future products for the global manufacturing industry. Be part of our diverse and experienced team and support product development, production, marketing and sales with quality issues.

Our systems empower industry users to control their assembly processes and create world-class products. The solutions we develop are used to improve efficiency, quality, safety, speed, usability, ergonomics and environmental performance. Product quality in these solutions is crucial.

This is a temporary position from May 2025 and during a parental leave.

Your role
Your role is to ensure the highest quality of our products, both reactively for those already in the market and proactively for new developments. You will support and empower sales companies with quality issues, addressing systematic problems from the field. Acting as the interface between engineering, production plants, sourcing, and customer experience, your expertise significantly impacts the improvement and development of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with your team to secure best-in-class quality for current and future products.
  • Coordinate and drive cross-functional team efforts to resolve quality issues.
  • Foster strong collaboration with customers to understand their needs and feedback, ensuring their insights are integrated into quality improvements.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of our processes and supporting tools.
  • Communicate and share your quality expertise with all stakeholders involved in our products.


By focusing on customer collaboration, you will play an important role in aligning our quality standards with customer expectations, driving continuous improvement and innovation.

You report to Product Quality Manager Magnus Karlsson.

Location: Sickla, Stockholm. We have a hybrid workplace.
Some travelling is part of the mission and give you the opportunity to meet with customers and suppliers to ensure that quality initiatives yield successful implementations and added customer value.

You will need

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, or similar
  • Experience working with technical product quality
  • Communication skills
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written
  • Experience working close to customers is valuable
  • Experience of coordinating team efforts and driving issues to resolution is valuable
