Om tjänsten Our customer is now looking for a product owner, between 18-aug-2025 - 04-sep-2026

- As a product owner for IT4IT you're responsible acting as a bridge between stakeholders, business strategy, IT strategy and the practical execution of the development team.

Contributing to the product vision, specifically maintaining a focus on user-centricity. You define and prioritize work, maintain a clear and tactical product backlog, and lead the team in negotiating trade-offs, ensure customer-centricity and follows-up and communicates on outcomes.

This for a tool mainly used internally to enable traceability according to ITIL, ITSM but also from a development and ITPMO perspective.

Driving seamless collaboration between business and IT to deliver user-focused digital products that create real value.

Location in Solna with a team located in Sweden and partly in India.

Product Vision

Responsible for clearly framing problems, needs and articulating potential impact if solved. Translating strategy into actionable and value creating tasks. Communicating Product Vision and listening to development teams' constraints, needs and related trade-offs to support alignment when possible and adaptability when needed.

Decision Making

Make informed decisions, from feature prioritization to overcoming development challenges, negotiating risk, financial concerns and associated trade-offs. Follow up and evaluate results to guide future decisions, to impact future product strategy.

Stakeholder Management

Navigate complex stakeholder relationships and effectively collaborate to enable successful outcomes for business and user. Tactically engage with strategic initiatives to find synergies and support alignment between teams, markets, and product/service development.

Leadership

Lead, coach, and facilitate a culture of trust, empowerment, and continuous improvement within the development team. Acting as a catalyst for collaboration across teams and departments.

User Centricity

Engage with, analyze, and nurture user feedback. Put their needs and preferences at the center of decision-making and foster a culture that prioritizes and follows up on value for the user or customer.

Good-to-have :

• Knowledge of Atlassian products and landscape

• Atlassian certification(s) such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Atlassian Certified Professional (ACP).

• Experience with user experience (UX) design principles and techniques, including wireframing and prototyping.

• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, such as continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.

• Previous experience with IT Service Management tools other than Atlassian, such as ServiceNow or BMC Remedy.

• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, particularly Azure, and their integration with Atlassian applications.

• Strong understanding of IT Service Management principles and frameworks, such as ITIL.

• Experience with Atlassian tools, particularly Jira and Confluence, including configuration and administration.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams

• Swedish in soeaking and writing is a strong advantage
