Assignment Overview

We are looking for a Product Owner

What you will work on

Define and maintain the vision and roadmap for developer testing experience

Prioritize and manage the product backlog for testing-related initiatives

Collaborate closely with developers, architects, testers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback

Drive adoption of modern testing tools and automated frameworks

Coordinate releases and ensure that improvements are implemented and adopted by development teams

Monitor metrics and developer feedback to continuously improve developer experience

Document testing frameworks, guidelines, and best practices

Communicate changes and improvements to relevant stakeholders

Promote scalability, reliability, and efficiency across the development lifecycle

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience as an Agile Product Owner, preferably in developer tools or test automation

Strong understanding of modern software development and testing practices

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to translate technical and business requirements into actionable initiatives

Documented experience in strategic thinking and problem-solving

Fluent in spoken and written English

Experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban

Familiarity with test automation, CI/CD pipelines, and developer tooling
