We are looking for a Product Masterdata Administrator for our client to join their Product Management team in Gothenburg. In this role, you will support new product launches and ongoing changes by ensuring complete and accurate product data across ERP and MDM systems. The position suits a detail-oriented and structured professional with strong analytical and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer product master data in ERP and MDM systems
• Support projects for new product launches and changes to existing products
• Ensure correct and complete product data for labeling and specifications
• Maintain high data quality and structure in all systems and documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and data accuracy
• Contribute to continuous improvement of master data processes

Requirements

• Education in Information Systems, or a combination of technology, logistics, and economics
• Proven experience working with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO
• High competence in MS Excel and strong general IT systems understanding
• Strong attention to detail, structure, and documentation accuracy
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and communicate clearly in English (spoken and written)

Nice-to-Have

• Experience in manufacturing or product management environments
• Previous work with master data management systems or data governance
• Familiarity with cross-functional project work and global data structures

Location:Gothenburg (on-site, hybrid possible after first month).
Start:ASAP
Duration:Until 30 April 2026, with potential extension up to 12 months.
Workload:100% (39.5 hours/week).
