The role 💼
We're looking for a sharp, curious and strategicProduct Marketing Managerto join the Waitwhile team and help us communicate the value of our product in ways that truly resonate with customers.
This is a key role where you'll work at the intersection of product, sales, design, and customer success. You'll shape how new features are brought to market, create product positioning that stands out, and ensure that both prospects and existing customers understand the "why" behind what we build. You'll also be involved in the pricing strategy for new features.
This role is broad and cross-functional, ideal for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys working independently, and loves building clarity from complexity.
You'll join a small but mighty team and play a pivotal role in helping Waitwhile scale its next chapter of growth.
What you'll own 🚀
Go-to-Market & Product Launches: Turn complex capabilities into clear differentiated value propositions in partnership with Product Management and lead end-to-end GTM for new features and releases. Be in charge of the release communications process and both manage and improve the product launch playbook.
Positioning, Messaging & Differentiation:Maintain and evolve our product narrative to support category leadership in queue management. Own and update core value propositions, ensuring they resonate across regions, and create solution-level positioning frameworks to unify messaging across marketing channels.
Sales & Support Enablement: Develop training, collateral, and tools for Sales and Customer Success. Create and maintain tailored sales decks, one-pagers, competitive battlecards, and talk tracks as well as ensure all product messaging stays consistent and value-driven.
Research & Insights:Conduct ongoing market, customer, and competitive research and define activation and retention drivers through user-behavior analysis. You'll also collect customer insights via surveys, interviews, and feedback loops to shape the future roadmap.
What skills you need 📖
We believe the right person could come from different backgrounds - but here's what we think you'll need to succeed:
Must-haves:
- 2+ years experience in product marketing for a B2B SaaS company
- Proven ability to develop GTM strategies, messaging frameworks, and sales enablement assets
- Comfortable managing content and campaigns across multiple channels (email, in-app, web, etc.)
- Experience from enterprise B2B marketing and sales cycles
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills in English and being able to translate technical details into clear business value
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience working with tools like Intercom, Notion or Figma
- Fluency in Swedish is a bonus, but not required
- Experience from start-up or scale-up environment
