BSH Home Appliances is a global leader in home appliances, home to brands like Bosch, Siemens, NEFF, and Gaggenau. Our Northern Europe team in Stockholm is looking for a driven Product Manager to take ownership of Surface Cooking & Ventilation category across the Nordics - from day one.

The Role

Reporting to Local Category Manager, you will support product and pricing strategy, manage the Nordic assortment across Siemens, Bosch, and NEFF, and be the go-to person for channel management and competitor benchmarking. You'll deliver product training and presentations to both internal sales teams and external customers, with a clear mandate: grow market share and improve profitability.

This is a hands-on role with real business impact. You'll work directly with factories, sales teams, and customers - no ramp-up period, no waiting for permission.

What We're Looking For

• MSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or Engineering - or equivalent industry experience

• Fluent English, both written and spoken (additional Nordic languages a plus)

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into clear commercial decisions

• Confident communicator who can influence stakeholders at all levels with excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills

• Self-starter who takes initiative, moves fast, and thrives under pressure
