We are now looking for a Product Manager that will join our Product and Tech team, consisting of a Product Manager, two Designers, and fourteen Developers.

We work from Malmö and Stockholm, while about five of our developers play remotely from Sweden, Latvia, and Thailand. Collaboration is our power play and cross functional teamwork is how we score our goals.

Your Responsibilities

As Product Manager you will collaborate closely with our Head of Product to ensure that Elite Prospects evolves in line with user needs and the long term business goals that guide our direction.

Your responsibilities include:

• Conducting user interviews, research, and continuous discovery to deeply understand our target groups
• Mapping user journeys and identifying friction points and opportunities
• Creating clear problem definitions and turning them into actionable product briefs
• Setting the product roadmap for your area with the Head of Product and CTO as sparring partners and ensuring a balanced sprint plan
• Prioritizing initiatives based on user value, business impact, cost, and technical constraints
• Monitoring product metrics and spotting patterns, trends, or sudden drops in performance
• Owning backlog management and ensuring clarity, structure, and priority
• Evaluating the impact of new releases and iterating quickly based on insights
• Engage and communicate with the different stakeholders inside and outside the organization
• Acting as the voice of the user and ensuring we always skate where the puck is going, not where it has been

Right now we are placing a major focus on reshaping our product experience to become the LinkedIn for Hockey. This means strengthening network effects and developing features such as messaging tools, scouting functionality, and video uploads so players can showcase their skills while scouts can easily discover new talent.

We also build many fun and high impact features powered by our industry leading hockey database. Our user segments include players, professionals working in the sport, fans, and parents.

Who You Are

We believe you bring:

• Experience working with digital product development in a B2C environment, ideally subscription based or within platforms with strong network effects (e.g. social media or marketplaces).
• Around 5 years of experience within product and business development, preferably from fast growing companies
• A university degree in engineering, business, economics, or a similar field
• A genuine passion for hockey and a strong understanding of the sport
• Fluency in English. Swedish fluency is a plus

Practical Information

This is a full time position based at our tech office in central Malmö or our Head Quarter Office in Stockholm (Preferably Malmö)
Address: Djäknegatan 9 in Malmö or Gamla Brogatan 11 in Stockholm

We want you to be on site at least four days per week. You will want to be there too once you experience how much more fun and productive it is to work together.

Travel to Stockholm or Malmö approximately once per month is included.
