Join our brand-new Tech AI & Exploration Team and help build the next generation of AI-first analytical insight platforms at Telia.

We are looking for a Tech Insight Interface Specialist who will design and develop AI-powered analytical interfaces and bridge BI and AI platforms into a modern, future-proof toolset for analysts, data scientists, developers, and business users.

You will play a key role in turning existing BI, ML, and Generative AI capabilities into coherent, AI-first insight experiences used in everyday decision-making.

What you'll do:

You wi ll design, implement, and operationalize AI-powered analytical interfaces and supporting platforms that enable AI-first decision-making across the organization.

• Define interface standards, development patterns, and integration principles for BI and AI platforms.
  

• Design and build AI-powered analytical interfaces such as conversational analytics, augmented insights, and AI-assisted decision support.
  

• Integrate predictive models, LLMs, and AI agents into BI platforms and analytical workflows.
  

• Develop platform tooling for monitoring, governance, FinOps, logging, alerting, and disaster recovery.
  

• Maintain reusable CI/CD templates and repositories using GitHub Actions.
  

You will also drive technical adoption together with platform admins and BI/AI developers, own and update developer guidelines, and communicate new BI/AI capabilities from both technical and user perspectives.

You are self-motivated, curious, and driven by learning. You enjoy analyzing complex problems, clearly articulating solutions, and collaborating with others to implement them. You understand business value and can demonstrate it through implemented technical solutions.

• Deep experience with Qlik Sense platforms and working knowledge of Power BI / Fabric
  

• Understanding of AI capabilities in Qlik (Qlik Answers, Predict / ML) and Power BI / Fabric / Copilot
  

• Experience developing applications and reports in Qlik Sense (on-prem and cloud) and Power BI / Fabric
  

• Strong collaboration and documentation skills, enabling analysts, developers, platform admins, and business users
  

It's a bonus if you also have experience with :

• Technology Platforms: AWS QuickSight , Apache Superset
  

• GenAI Tools: Vertex AI, Gemini, LangGraph , LangChain , Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock
  

• Work Practices: MLOps and machine learning lifecycle management
