We're building the marketing OS for the AI era - a workspace where brands generate, validate, and scale high-performing creatives globally. This is a stealth startup within Epidemic Sound.

The role

We're hiring a Senior Product Designer to own end-to-end product design across our core workspace. You'll be the person shaping how brands actually use the product day-to-day - from the moment they onboard to the moment they're scaling hundreds of ads per week. Enterprise clients are already paying. We have a product-led growth engine and a global creator distribution loop through Epidemic Sound. This isn't joining to learn product - it's joining to define it.

Who you will work with

CEO, CPO, CTO and engineers and GTM team. It's a small, senior team. You'll have direct access to your stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities include
• Brand DNA onboarding
• Template creation (image + video)
• Creative generation - static, slideshow, UGC
• Mass generation workflows
• The insights-to-paid scaling loop
• Editor improvements (think Canva-level usability)
• Brand control and governance layer

This role isn't polishing UI. It's defining how brands create hundreds of ads per

week without chaos.

Requirements
• 5+ years of product design experience
• Built complex B2B SaaS tools before
• Worked on editors (Canva/Figma-type tools), workflow systems, or multi-step

creation flows
• Strong systems thinking
• Deep Figma proficiency
• Track record of close collaboration with engineers

Nice-to-haves
• AI product experience
• Marketplace experience
• Performance marketing knowledge
• Designed mass-generation or automation flows
• Early-stage startup experience
