We are now looking for a passionate Product Designer who excels at both interaction and visual design. As part of a small design team, you will work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and other stakeholders to create amazing flight-tracking features for millions of highly engaged app and website users.
Note that this position requires that you are able to work in Stockholm, Sweden. Relocation is not offered for this role.
What you'll do
Be responsible for all design stages from concept to launch
Take broad conceptual ideas and turn them into user-friendly and appealing Android, iOS and website features. Apply design concepts and ensure consistency between all Flightradar24 platforms
Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to communicate design ideas.
Together with other design team members establish and promote design guidelines
Drive innovation by following design trends
Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the company. This includes development teams as well as company leaders
The role will involve a balance of creative projects as well as ensuring consistency through recurring design tasks
Who you are
3+ years of professional proven experience as a designer with a portfolio that includes both mobile apps and websites
Excellent visual design and user experience design skills
Detail-focused with experience in creating wireframes, prototypes and user flows.
Experience writing HTML/CSS code will be prioritized
Familiar with Material Design, Apple's Human Interface Guidelines, and modern web trends.
Comfortable with design tools - and bonus points if you know HTML/CSS.
A clear communicator who enjoys collaborating across teams.
Passionate about creating user-centered experiences - and maybe even about aviation or travel (that's a big plus).
Experience in user research, video editing, or content creation is a plus.
