Your team

As our Product Design Manager, you will lead a team of skilled product designers responsible for creating high-quality, fast-moving design solutions that help our customers win more deals, close them faster, and work smarter.

• You'll embed yourself in day-to-day design work, leading by example and driving high-quality, impactful output.
• You'll coach and mentor the team to help them grow their craft, improve efficiency, and operate at a high velocity.
• You'll set clear expectations and create a culture of rapid iteration, pragmatic execution, and data-informed decision-making.

Your closest manager will be our VP of Product Management, Johan Dalström ,who will guide you and take part in your personal development. With your strategic thinking, innovative approach, and passion - you'll be at the forefront and play a vital part in our continued success.

What you will do

Your role is a mix of strategic leadership and hands-on execution. We're looking for a hands-on, business-mindedProduct Design Managerto lead our product design team. In this role, you'll coach and develop product designers, drive operational design execution, and own our design system, ensuring scalable high-impact, high-speed design that moves at the pace of our business. If you thrive on balancing leadership with hands-on design work, this is the role for you. You will:

• Coach and develop the design team, providing hands-on mentorship to ensure they work efficiently and with high impact.
• Increase design velocity by eliminating unnecessary complexity, enabling rapid iteration, and ensuring discovery is fast and focused.
• Drive operational design work alongside the team - this is not just a leadership role; you will actively design, test, and iterate.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to balance great design with business priorities.
• Champion lean design processes, ensuring we prioritize impact over perfection and ship fast to learn and improve.
• Create a data-informed design culture, helping designers validate their work with real user insights and business outcomes.

Who are you?

We're looking for a pragmatic, hands-on leader who can blend strategic oversight with operational execution. You are:

• An experienced design leader with a solid track record of coaching and developing designers.
• At least five years of experience of product design within software development.
• A University degree in a relevant discipline.
• A hands-on designer who loves working operationally and can jump into Figma to help push designs forward when needed as well as driving own design efforts.
• A fast mover - you thrive in high-velocity environments where iteration, speed, and impact matter more than perfection.
• Knowledgeable in design systems, with experience in maintaining, scaling, and enforcing consistency across digital products.
• A strong cross-functional collaborator, able to align design with product, engineering, and business goals.
• A problem-solver, who balances user needs with business realities and understands when to push for more design exploration and when to ship.
• A pragmatic mentor, coaching the team to grow their skills while keeping execution lean, focused, and high-impact.
• Data-driven in your approach and experience with using analytics, and testing to inform design decisions and measure impact.
