Producer of Afghan specialty sauces wanted

We are a rapidly growing food production company with a strong franchise concept that has expanded to 12 units across Sweden in just two years - and we're continuing to grow. We are now looking for skilled staff with expertise in Afghan cuisine to join our production kitchen, where we manufacture high-quality Afghan sauces in large volumes for distribution to our restaurants.

Who we're looking for

We are looking for someone who:

Has solid experience in traditional Afghan cooking

Can produce Afghan sauces and marinades in large, consistent batches

Understands and can work with Afghan spices, ingredients, and traditional techniques

Speaks fluent Dari and/or Pashto

Is detail-oriented, motivated, and enjoys structured production work

Ideally has experience from a commercial kitchen, industrial kitchen, or food production environment

Fluency in Afghan languages is essential for this role, as it supports internal communication and ensures smooth collaboration within the production team.
