Procurement Senior Professional - Leading Energy Company

We are looking for a Procurement Senior Professional for a consultancy assignment at leading energy company. This is a full-time role (100%) from April 15th, 2026 to September 30th, 2026, with possibility of extension, based in Västerås with approximately 50% on-site work.

You will ensure efficient coordination of materials across a project portfolio for a major customer. By aligning engineering needs with supply chain capabilities, you will contribute to smooth project execution and timely deliveries.

Key responsibilities:

Coordinate materials within a project portfolio for a major customer

Create and manage material requirements based on project needs

Monitor delivery progress and ensure timelines are met

Align closely with engineering teams regarding material demands

Coordinate with installation sites concerning materials and shipments

Manage supplier interactions including sourcing, selection, and negotiations

Support procurement processes such as order handling and contract administration

Follow up on supplier performance and ensure continuous improvement

Work across multiple functions and systems to gather and manage information

About you

Requirements:

Relevant education within procurement, supply chain, engineering, or similar

Solid experience in procurement or supply chain roles

Experience working in complex project environments

Skills:

Strong coordination and organizational skills

Ability to quickly understand new situations and contexts

Experience working across multiple functions (e.g., engineering, supply chain)

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work independently with limited supervision

Experience with procurement and supply chain systems

Ability to manage multiple tasks without limiting scope
