Your New Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Analytics Specialist to strengthen our client's Procurement Analytics team, with a strong focus on process mapping and the development of a robust business intelligence platform for procurement.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with procurement stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable insights, scalable data structures, and intuitive visualizations. You will play a key part in shaping how procurement data is leveraged across the organization to drive better decision-making, transparency, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Capture, clarify, and translate business requirements into meaningful data insights, reporting, and analytics solutions

Structure, model, and visualize procurement data to support both operational and strategic decision-making

Lead and contribute to design sprints for dashboard development in close collaboration with business users

Develop, maintain, and continuously enhance dashboards and reports supporting the procurement function

Enable broad access to procurement data through well-designed and user-friendly BI solutions

Support process development and implementation initiatives

Contribute to ensuring and improving data quality

Work closely with business owners to document end-to-end processes, challenge existing ways of working, and ensure processes are logical, efficient, and robust

Act as a bridge between business and data teams, ensuring strong alignment between process design, data models, and analytics outputs

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Master's degree in economics, Engineering, or another relevant field

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably within operational procurement, process excellence, business intelligence, or data analytics

Strong analytical mindset combined with a proactive, hands-on attitude

Experience from a scale-up or start-up environment is considered a strong advantage
