Job Description

This position supports Plant Manufacturing while maintaining a strong focus on continuous improvements as our APEX (Avient Production Excellence) site expert. Our site focuses on the requirements and quality that comply with healthcare production.

Responsibilities

• Develops, designs, and communicates manufacturing processes.
• Involved in product transfers to and from the site.
• Participates in design reviews to improve the ability to manufacture products.
• Handle customer claims for production and warehouse.
• Responsible for the site APEX (Avient Production Excellence) activities.
• Coordinate, prepare and plan APEX (Avient Production Excellence) check-ups and involves the management team.
• Monitor and review processes to help generate cost savings and improve the quality and efficiency of products/processes.
• Cooperate with the APEX (Avient Production Excellence) regional team.
• Identifies and solves issues or problems with equipment/processes.
• Troubleshoots possible causes and coordinates the activities with maintenance, production and warehouse and other available resources to implement cost effective solutions.
• Provides coordination of new process installation and process changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Engineering or equivalent education.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in manufacturing.
• Experience of planning and implementing projects.
• Use to work in Office programs and preferable dashboard tools and programming like Python or similar.
• Fluent in Swedish and a high level of fluency in English.
• Works in a structured manner and with responsiveness.
