About the role

As part of the SEB Group, we at Business Services provide world-class financial services to support SEB on the journey of becoming the leader in efficiency and innovation. As a Process Developer, you'll play a key role in designing, optimizing and automating end-to-end processes within the Leasing area. You'll ensure alignment with SEB's product and process strategies, work closely with Business Services, and leverage technical solutions, including AI, to enhance process performance, decision-making, and mitigate risks. You'll also collaborate closely with Business, Tech, and stakeholders in the Financing Tribe to drive meaningful improvements.

In addition, the role will also include:

• Lead and support key change initiatives.

• Analyze, design and implement new requirements.

• Collaborate with product specialists and cross-functional teams.

• Drive process efficiency and improve workflows.

• Build and maintain end-to-end process knowledge.

To thrive in this role, we believe you have

• The qualities of a proactive problem solver who excels in change management and process optimization. You use data to make informed decisions and thrive in cross-functional collaboration.

• Experience in non-financial risk management.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• An analytical mindset with a solution-oriented approach.

• Familiarity with both business and technical aspects.

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

• Preferable expertise in process mapping and efficiency improvements.

• Preferable proven ability to analyze data for informed decision making.

• Preferable experience in leading initiatives of varying scale.

• Preferable knowledge of technical solutions in process optimization.

• Experience or knowledge in Leasing is a plus but not required
