About the Assignment
You will join an agile team working with cloud-based solutions for vehicle diagnostics and software download within the automotive sector. The role combines hands-on development with technical leadership, and includes close collaboration with teams working across system development, analysis, testing and product ownership to support both current and future vehicle technology.
Job DescriptionDesign and develop cloud-based vehicle diagnostics and aftermarket solutions in Python on Azure.
Develop key system features and integrations with external systems.
Troubleshoot, debug and improve existing systems.
Conduct code reviews and support high engineering standards.
Write clean, maintainable and efficient code with testing and documentation.
Support requirements work, design and analysis.
Mentor, guide and support developers to promote knowledge sharing and growth.
Collaborate daily with developers, product owners, analysts and testers to ensure high-quality deliveries.
RequirementsPrincipal-level experience in Python development (10-15 years).
Experience working with Azure and its services, including Functions, Cosmos DB, DevOps and Service Bus.
Experience with RBAC and security configurations.
Experience with version control systems and workflows using Git, including branching and pull requests.
Experience in vehicle diagnostics (5+ years).
Experience from vehicle OEM environments (5+ years).
Experience working with REST.
Nice to havePrevious experience of workshop system portfolios.
Swedish language skills.
