Assignment Overview

We are looking for a PMO / Project Coordinator

What you will work on

Supporting project governance and project management activities

Maintaining project plans, timelines, and RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)

Preparing status reports and presentation materials for steering committee meetings

Coordinating meetings, documentation, and decision points

Ensuring the project follows established governance and reporting structures

Supporting the Project Manager in project planning and coordination

Coordinating activities across multiple project workstreams

Driving smaller sub-projects and implementation activities

Supporting the Business Analyst with requirement-related activities

Planning and coordinating workshops and stakeholder sessions

Documenting and structuring requirements and project documentation

Ensuring clear communication between project stakeholders

What you bring

Experience working in a PMO, Project Coordinator, or Project Support role

Strong organizational and project coordination skills

Experience maintaining project plans, timelines, and RAID logs

Experience preparing project reports and management presentations

Ability to coordinate meetings, documentation, and project communication

Experience supporting Business Analysts and requirement documentation

Strong attention to detail and structured working style

Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Experience working in large transformation or system implementation projects is considered a plus

Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written)
