PLM Manufacturing Technical Specialist

Are you ready to help shape the future of modern manufacturing? As a PLM Manufacturing Specialist, you will be at the center of our digital transformation, connecting design, production, and business systems into one seamless digital thread. This is not just a support role; it is a strategic position where you contribute to real efficiency, innovation, and high data quality throughout the entire product lifecycle.

In this role, you will be a key PLM resource for our manufacturing organization, supporting a wide range of colleagues across operations. You will drive smooth implementation projects at local production sites while also leading Proofs of Concept and pilot activities for new functionality on a global scale.

You will work closely with the URE Örebro Digitalization Lead and actively engage with the Variant Configuration program.

Your Mission

In this role, you will help us develop the future of our manufacturing landscape by driving digital transformation across design, production, and business systems.

You will contribute to building a seamless digital flow that supports smarter, faster, and more sustainable ways of working.

Using modern PLM technologies such as Teamcenter and integrating with ERP/MES systems, you will help shape solutions that make tangible impact.

You will collaborate closely with engineering, production, and IT teams, support local implementation projects, and lead global pilot initiatives.

Together with the Digitalization Lead URE and the Variant Configuration program, you will help influence how we work while developing your own skills within PLM and digital manufacturing.

Your Role

You bring experience from manufacturing, PLM, or digitalization roles where you have worked with business processes and cross-functional collaboration.

You work hands-on with LM platforms, preferably Teamcenter and familiarity with systems such as ERP or MES. Experience with MBOM structures, configuration management, or product data workflows is a strong advantage.

You feel confident leading change initiatives, supporting process rollouts, and training both superusers and end-users.

With a structured and analytical mindset, you safeguard high data quality, troubleshoot issues proactively, and continuously identify and implement opportunities to enhance our ways of working.

You are comfortable working in an international environment and communicate clearly and inclusively, also in global forums.

Very good English skills, both spoken and written, are required. Swedish is beneficial but not essential.

Location

This position is based in Örebro, Sweden.
