Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced Automation Engineer with strong Siemens PLC competence to support the development of a new multifunctional test facility.

What You Will Work On

Developing and programming PLC solutions using Siemens TIA Portal

Working with fail-safe modules, PROFIsafe, and complex PLC systems

Contributing to the development of a new multifunctional test facility

Participating in the full project lifecycle from concept to final solution

Performing risk identification, risk assessment, and risk mitigation activities

Collaborating closely with specialists in a cross-functional project team

Supporting commissioning and validation of automation solutions

Working on-site during the initial project phase, with potential for hybrid work later

What You Bring

Strong hands-on experience with Siemens PLC and TIA Portal

Experience with fail-safe systems, PROFIsafe, and advanced PLC solutions

Proven experience in risk analysis, risk evaluation, and risk management

Experience working in cross-functional project teams end-to-end

Previous involvement in similar development or commissioning projects is an advantage

Self-driven and proactive working style

Excellent communication skills and ability to be clear and structured in dialogue

Confidence in a senior professional role with high responsibility

Strong collaboration skills and ability to take initiative when needed
