We are looking for a Planned Maintenance Manager. The main goal of the role will be to ensure that the site manufacturing & support activities, without interruption, without any facilities shortages and/or any issues thereof. You will achieve 100% compliance to Local legal regulations, Quality, Health Safety & Environment management systems and standards.

How you will contribute

You will:

• Be responsible for operating and maintaining SAP PM Module System according to current procedures and standards with the objective to minimize downtime and overall cost of maintaining machinery and equipment
• Work closely with Manufacturing team to ensure minimum maintenance downtime, operating a total maintenance program including proactive support, reliability driven and safety-first mindset in a GMP environment
• Manage the processes of creating and updating maintenance plans in our systems and spare part catalogues for our Machines and ascertain that these processes are done efficiently.
• Make suggestions for improvements and savings in all matters within the area of responsibility.
• Provide technical support to maintenance team with troubleshooting and root cause analysis using quality tools such as Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA)
• Develop engineering solutions to repetitive failures and all other problems that adversely affect plant operations
• Develop, execute, and fine tune preventive maintenance plans and assist to establish predictive maintenance and reliability centered maintenance
• Manage shutdown activities including statutory and regulatory inspections
• Works with project engineering to ensure the reliability and maintainability of new equipment installations
• Generate information from CMMS and delivers key performance metric periodically including conducting reliability studies and trending for continuous improvement
• Be Involved in IL6S Journey
• Prepare yearly forecast for planned parts/materials
• Manage and Coach a Team of Service engineers, Technicians and Mastershoppers
• Prioritise activities in the group when necessary.

• Strong operational & manufacturing leadership experience in CPG industry with experience in TPM-Total productive maintenance, 5s, LEAN, 6 sigma tools and concepts, Safety & GMP standards
• An Engineer with a strong financial & business acumen, project management skills and Knowledge of industrial maintenance and manufacturing equipment, PM (Progressive Maintenance) expertise, Spare parts management, SAP PM module end user knowledge, Technology & Engineering automation basics.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in Swedish and English
• Safety first mindset, good contractor management skills, team player, good interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Technical drawings strong Organizational and planning skills
• Must have initiative, drive and desire to work in a dynamic team environment
