About the Assignment
We are looking for a Planhat Platform Specialist for an assignment within the telecom industry. In this role, you will support customer success operations with a strong hands-on focus on platform administration, data structure, reporting, and integrations.
This is a practical specialist role for someone who enjoys working close to the platform, improving how data and insights are structured and used across the business.
Job DescriptionConfigure and maintain Planhat data models, filters, and pages
Design and optimize dashboards for CX, CS, business reviews, and health scores
Support and manage integrations using API, webhooks, and JSON
Act as a platform specialist and administrator with a hands-on operational focus
Enable effective use of Planhat across customer success processes
RequirementsHands-on experience with Planhat data models, filters, and pages
Experience designing dashboards for CX, CS, business reviews, and health scores
Experience working with integrations via API, webhooks, and JSON
Ability to work as a platform specialist or administrator rather than in an advisory role
