Om jobbet

Shape meaningful people experiences that drive business ambition. As a trusted partner, you’ll lead impactful talent and leadership initiatives with end-to-end ownership, creating tangible results for leaders and teams.

About the role
You will be part of People Experience & Development within People & Culture. The team works across talent, learning and people experiences, partnering closely with the business to create solutions that are practical, relevant and used in everyday work.

You will step into a senior individual contributor role with real influence and scope.
In this role, you will:
  • Take full ownership of people, talent, and leadership initiatives with enterprise-level reach, driving them from initial insight and design to facilitation, delivery, and impact evaluation.
  • Integrate customer and service experience thinking into people practices, ensuring initiatives and ways of working are grounded in real-world needs and create meaningful impact.
  • Collaborate closely with leaders and stakeholders across the Nordics, acting as a trusted partner to drive talent development, succession planning, and leadership capability initiatives.
  • Design and facilitate workshops, journeys, and forums that create clarity, alignment, and movement, while collaborating across People & Culture to deliver coherent and scalable solutions for talent, learning, and people agendas.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative data to identify needs, prioritise actions and measure impact.
About you
You bring:
  • Strong experience driving people, talent or leadership initiatives in complex organisations where customer experience is a critical performance driver.
  • Hands-on experience from customer or service driven environments, translating customer insight, service principles into concrete people practices and ways of working.
  • Proven end-to-end responsibility for enterprise-level talent or leadership programme, including design, stakeholder alignment, facilitation, delivery and impact measurement, working closely with senior leaders and external partners.
  • Proven facilitation skills, with confidence working with senior leaders and diverse groups.
  • Ability to turn insight and data into clear priorities and practical actions.
  • Consulting mindset, balancing challenge and support.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, using both qualitative and quantitative input and expressing ideas clearly in speech and writing.
What we offer you
  • Hybrid working conditions – work from home up to two days a week.
  • A diverse, inclusive work environment with a good work-life balance.
  • Development opportunities: a professional and supportive team, as well as opportunities for skill development.
Are you ready to join us?
We look forward to hearing from you and exploring how your experience and judgement can contribute to making a genuine difference in this role.
